German chocolate cake: 3 layers of cake with coconut pecan filling covered in chocolate ganache.

Neopolitian cake: 2 layers each of chocolate, vanilla and strawberry cake filled with fresh whipped cream and covered in chocolate ganache.

These are 2 of the cakes I recently made. I have many character pans as well as the 3D bear you see here, 3D Christmas tree, 3D train and 3D lambs as well.
